Job Summary:
The Process Engineer will be responsible for sustaining existing GaAs, GaN, InP, and Si processes and developing new processes in Photolithography in the wafer fab. This role requires a strong understanding of compound semiconductor processes and experience with i-line steppers or photoresist coat and develop equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sustain the photo area to meet all factory indicators.
  2. Plan and conduct experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle.
  3. Drive improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment, and operating personnel.

Requirements:
  1. BS or MS degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience in Photolithography.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge in compound semiconductor processes.
  3. Hands-on working experience with i-line steppers or photoresist coat and develop equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Able to work with Design/Layout team in mask reviews to ensure all requirements are captured in order to make manufacturable processes.
  2. Specific semiconductor skills include solid understanding of IC processing, data mining and statistics, SPC, DOE, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving.
