**Salary:** $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience

**Job Description:**
The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily customer interactions, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty. This role requires a results-driven individual who can motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily customer interactions, including resolving complaints and addressing concerns
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the store

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years of retail management experience
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
