Role Overview

This role involves coordinating various aspects of the summer conference operations, ensuring a smooth experience for guests and staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordination of staffing, including duty and office rotations.

  • Managing assigned conferences, handling tasks such as room assignments and services, and communicating with coordinators and staff.

  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports for each conference.

  • Ensuring all necessary preparations are completed before guest arrivals.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with colleagues and external partners.

  • Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, taking into account the location and industry standards. The compensation package includes a furnished four-bedroom suite room, valued at approximately $7,016.25 per summer period. Additionally, the candidate will work 6 hours per week at a rate of $16.50 per hour. This role is not eligible for benefits, but offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Please note that this role requires flexibility and adaptability, with varying work schedules and duties throughout the summer season.
