Business Development Representative

Eastern Metal Supply is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Central and Northern New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree in a related field
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
