Job Title: Building Maintenance Service Technician

SOME, Inc. is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Service Technician to join our Facilities Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition and operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to work orders and provide daily maintenance and repair services, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and landscaping.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in multi-site housing or residential facilities.
  • Valid driver's license and personal car liability insurance coverage.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use common power tools and maintenance equipment.
