Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at OWL Services. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing petroleum equipment and EV charging service and installation calls in a professional, timely, and quality manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete job paperwork for each service call, at the time of service.
  • Complete training courses in a timely manner to maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge.
  • Act as a resource for customers; aid and product support to maintain long term relationships.
  • Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
  • Communicate skillfully and effectively in person or over the phone.
  • Be a team player.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a petroleum service technician.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience or schooling in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Trades.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in all varied weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel with the possibility of overnight jobs.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale installation and repair required.
  • Experience working with Wayne or Gilbarco Dispensers is a plus.
  • Experience working with Verifone a plus.
  • Experience in computer networking a plus.
  • Clean driving record and the ability to work safely required.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations required.
