Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, answering inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance their overall experience.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions, site visits, and issues, and be prepared to present reports to management. This role requires strong organizational skills and a heightened sense of urgency.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively, dedicating 100% of your time to visiting clients.
Schedule:
This is a full-time role that necessitates daily travel throughout the designated service area for in-person client visits.
