St. Charles Health System is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
  • Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school.
  • Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
  • Current license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine.
