  • Compensation: Up to $302,000 (commensurate with experience) + annual quality bonus of $20,000

  • Work-Life Balance: 4-day work week, 10-hour days, 18-21 patients per day, and 6 weeks PTO

As a Family Medicine Physician at Pacific Companies, you will have the opportunity to work in an outpatient-only practice with a strong focus on patient care. You will be part of a collaborative team-based patient care approach, working closely with your physician colleagues and a team of APP and MA staff. Our state-of-the-art Epic EMR system will help you maximize your face-to-face time with patients.
