Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technical Supervisor to join our team in Stuttgart, Arkansas. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of mechanical engineer technicians and ensuring the successful planning and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of mechanical engineer technicians to maximize production objectives, maintain quality, and attain output requirements.
  • Assign technicians to projects to optimize production and quality.
  • Review test results for complete prototype units and subassemblies under operational conditions.
  • Analyze data and test results to recommend modifications to components.
  • Develop and review test procedures to meet desired specifications.
  • Review project instructions and specifications to identify, modify, and plan requirements for fabrication, assembly, and testing.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and cost estimates to establish completion dates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; two-year degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
