About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Lennox International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced quality assurance methods and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, and control the work activities and staff of the Quality Engineering function.
    • Manage and conduct research and development and technical programs to improve products, increase output, or reduce costs.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Determine and establish goals, scope, approach, schedules, and manpower requirements to accomplish overall objectives and program results.
    • Generate, prepare, present, and review departmental or program budgets and monitor performance by subordinate units.
    • Maintain surveillance over individual programs under direction to ensure progress according to schedule and plans with respect to budgetary guidelines and work objectives.
    • Evaluate technical progress of projects to ensure sound application of scientific and engineering principles and adequate exploratory research to support the highest possible performance of the end product.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Coordinate with other departments to obtain services or pertinent information relative to functional needs.
    • Provide technical and administrative guidance and direction for the accomplishment of department research and development projects.
Requirements
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced quality assurance techniques and project management skills.
  • Ability to apply complex engineering principles to develop methods and procedures to improve and maintain product quality standards.
  • Competencies in SPC, Capability Studies, and Six Sigma.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams.
