About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at Lennox International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of manufacturing engineers, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure the successful execution of projects and tasks.
  • Organize project and task workloads and select individuals who are most qualified for assignment on specific projects.
  • Direct the technical organization to ensure progress according to technical objectives, within budgetary and schedule guidelines.
  • Review product design for manufacturability and work to improve quality and ease of assembly support functions.
  • Direct Manufacturing Engineering efforts to reduce costs of assembly and plant operations.
  • Ensure the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • At least 8 years related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expert knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Expert knowledge of mechanical and manufacturing theory and design.
