We are seeking a driven and persistent Outside Sales Representative to help us expand our business within a defined sales territory. As an OSR, you will be on the front line of the sales cycle and develop a sales strategy that will win more business.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience preferably in a business development role
  • Experience in customer support and account management
  • Ability to build rapport with client prospects
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities or environmental services industry preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred

About Badger Daylighting

Badger Daylighting is North America's largest provider of non-destructive excavating services. We work for contractors and facility owners in a broad range of infrastructure industries, including energy generation, electricity and natural gas transmission networks, roads and highways, telecommunications, water and sewage treatment and general municipal infrastructure.

Our Technology

Our key technology is the Badger Hydrovac, which is used primarily for safe excavation around critical infrastructure and in congested underground conditions. The Badger Hydrovac uses a pressurized water stream to liquefy the soil cover, which is then removed with a powerful vacuum system and deposited into a storage tank.
