">We are looking for a Prototype Engineer to help achieve our mission of empowering every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. As a member of the SCHIE team, you will play a key role in defining and delivering operational measures of success for hardware manufacturing, improving the planning process, quality, delivery, scale, and sustainability related to Microsoft cloud hardware.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

- A minimum of 5+ years of related technical engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.">
- Experience developing boot loaders, firmware, test code, board support packages, device drivers, or other hardware interfacing code.">
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.">
- Working knowledge of system-on-chip architecture.">
- Ability to meet Microsoft's customer and/or government security screening requirements.">
