We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Lead Waste Collector to join our team at Valet Living. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective collection of waste and recyclables from our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents by providing timely and reliable waste collection services.
- Lead and motivate a team of Service Valets to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent service to our residents.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance team.
- Provide training and coaching to Service Valets to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
