Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents by providing timely and reliable waste collection services.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Service Valets to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent service to our residents.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance team.
  • Provide training and coaching to Service Valets to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
