Job Title: Training Support Specialist

At PULAU, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training support center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the training center and its operations, including daily opening and closing of facility schedules, training, and liaison with military units.
  • Process transactions in TS-MATS, assist with incoming shipments, and issue, receive, and account for TADSS equipment.
  • Perform user-level TADSS equipment troubleshooting, conduct joint inventory, and inspect new equipment.
  • Utilize TS-MATS and Microsoft Office to produce requests, lists, records, reports, and statistics.
  • Provide technical assistance to newly assigned unit instructors and participate in area maintenance.
  • Perform safety checks on forklifts, material handling equipment, and machinery prior to use.
  • Participate in cycle counting and periodic inventories, ensuring the upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of all assigned areas.
Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Prior military experience preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in training support center operations
  • Valid Driver's License is Required
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member
  • Working knowledge/understanding of military protocol/chain of command
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Possess professional demeanor and attitude
  • Ability to work cooperatively with military and civilian work forces
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
