Medical Laboratory Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company.
Job Summary:
As a Phlebotomist at Labcorp, you will collect blood samples from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques. You will also process billing information, collect payments when required, prepare specimens for testing, and perform administrative duties as needed. Travel to additional sites may be required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency, be comfortable working under minimal supervision, and have flexibility to work overtime as needed. Prior experience with pediatric patients is preferred.

Casual, PRN, and part-time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Additionally, Phlebotomists/PST Specialists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
