Responsibilities
As a Surgical Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Registered Nurses with implementation of age-appropriate plans of care.
- Providing technical support during surgical procedures, including preparing operating rooms and maintaining equipment.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Surgical Technologist program with certification.
- Two years of surgical technology experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
