Senior Backend Engineer

We are a leader in the online gaming and sports betting industry, with a team of over 1400 innovators, initiators, and groundbreakers working in a fast-paced and agile environment across 11 offices worldwide.

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver outstanding products that drive business growth.

This role requires a strong background in software development, preferably in an agile environment. You should have hands-on experience developing highly scalable RESTful Microservices using Java frameworks or toolkits such as Spring Boot, Vert.x, Netty, Micrometer, or Quarkus. Additionally, you should have knowledge of NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential for this role, as you will need to articulate technical decisions and offer valuable recommendations to the team.

As a Senior Backend Engineer at LeoVegas Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including building and maintaining our microservice ecosystem. You will also have the chance to collaborate with our talented team of developers, architects, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $145,000 - $160,000 per annum, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, flexible PTO, generous paid parental leave, and training and development opportunities.
