Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive funding strategy through various channels, including special events, grant applications, and annual campaigns.
- Oversee fundraising events, ensuring effective marketing and public relations efforts.
- Serve as a public ambassador for the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, event coordinators, and volunteers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a talent for managing multiple projects and events concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Outstanding writing and creative communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
- Capacity to work independently, demonstrating initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience in budget management and goal setting related to fundraising activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with database management software (Salesforce, Blackbaud, etc.).
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe and Canva).
- Understanding of social media management.
- Basic website management skills (WordPress).
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in the non-profit sector.
