Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as an Infant Mental Health Specialist. The successful candidate will provide assessment, treatment, and consultation services to young children under 6 years and their families involved with the child welfare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of young children and their families to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, dyadic, and family therapy services to children and their caregivers.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide consultation and training services to professionals in the field.
  • Develop and implement research studies to improve infant mental health outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical services and programs.
Requirements
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
  • Successful completion of an APA-accredited internship in infant mental health.
  • Experience working with young children and their families in a clinical setting.
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with expertise in infant mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
