Position Overview:

We are in search of highly driven and personable Outside Sales Representatives to represent Frontier Communications Inc. and become integral members of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily training sessions with your team, either virtually or in-person.
  • Connect with small to medium-sized businesses to foster B2B outside sales.
  • Manage your sales pipeline from qualified leads through to face-to-face presentations.
  • Maintain open communication and provide support to your team throughout the day.
  • Present a comprehensive range of Frontier Communications Inc. products and services to local businesses.
  • Utilize our CRM system to document and organize your sales activities, follow-ups, and client information daily.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A motivated sales professional with a strong desire to achieve earnings of $100K+ in your first year.
  • Proficient with technology and its applications in sales.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Aspirations for career growth through our Career Development Program.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $30K plus uncapped commissions and cash bonuses.
  • First-year on-target earnings projected between $72K and $114K+.
