Job Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support management in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of associates. Your role will involve addressing staffing needs, enhancing workforce planning, and managing attendance and performance-related matters by identifying and evaluating HR-related challenges. You will provide strategic guidance on the implementation of company HR initiatives and programs.
