Pediatric Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit RN

Ascension Seton Northwest is seeking a skilled Pediatric Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit RN to join our team. As a Pediatric Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit RN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit, including assessing and coordinating patient care needs, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and communicating with the healthcare team.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care, including ordering and administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing education to patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit RN.
