Pediatric Registered Nurse RN Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit IMC

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit. As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children and their families.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate unit staffing to ensure effective patient care.
- Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
- Assess daily patient care needs and develop patient care assignments.
- Evaluate patient care effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to patient and family concerns and manage through established channels.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan.
- At least one year of cumulative job-specific experience in a pediatric cardiac care setting.
