Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Envolve Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections of our properties to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the work of our maintenance personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Budget Management: Work within established financial guidelines to manage maintenance budgets and ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and procure necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance operations, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance operations are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA and REAC requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data on maintenance operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, construction management) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with a proven track record of success in supervising and managing maintenance personnel.
  • Certifications: HVAC Type I certification required; Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with maintenance personnel, property managers, and other stakeholders.
