Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data on maintenance operations, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, construction management) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with a proven track record of success in supervising and managing maintenance personnel.
  • Certifications: HVAC Type I certification required; Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with maintenance personnel, property managers, and other stakeholders.
