Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering billing inquiries, taking payments, and resolving client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Billing and Payments: Answer billing inquiries, take payments, and resolve any issues related to billing and payments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Portal Navigation: Assist customers with navigating our portal, providing them with information and support to ensure they can access our products and services easily.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze information, make decisions, and solve problems to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide them with clear and concise information about our products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, including our insurance offerings and policies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team members and business partners to provide a high-quality experience for our customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and business processes.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume client contact call center.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including policies and procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and multi-application navigation.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or currently pursuing a degree preferred.
