About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service to all callers.
  • Accommodate visitors, issuing visitor passes and maintaining visitor logs as needed.
  • Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone, maintaining long distance call logs and taking accurate messages.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external sources, providing accurate information about our organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email address.
Requirements
  • Less than 2 years of technical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
