We are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team As a Legal Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment of top-tier legal professionals specifically for law firms. We seek an experienced legal recruiter, ideally with 3+ years of expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage candidates. Candidates must be within 50 miles of Los Angeles, as this hybrid role will occasionally require in-person meetings.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Legal Recruiter who has a proven track record of successfully placing high-caliber candidates in specialized roles within law firms. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication between clients, candidates, and our team. Your success will be measured by the quality of placements, client satisfaction, and your ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals at all levels of the organization. They will also be highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable them to navigate complex situations effectively, always striving to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Diligently sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other advanced tools.
  • Developing tailored recruiting strategies to match candidates with specialized roles within law firms.
  • Conducting detailed screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintaining effective communication with candidates, providing a high-touch experience from sourcing through onboarding.
  • BUILDING and maintaining relationships with law firms, understanding their specific staffing needs, culture, and long-term goals.
  • Acting as a liaison between the firm and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process and timely feedback exchange.
  • Providing expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices in the legal sector.
  • Tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates, and client satisfaction) to continually improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on recruitment activities, market trends, and the status of ongoing placements.

Requirements

We're looking for a skilled professional with a background in legal recruitment or executive search, preferably with 3-5 years of experience working with law firms. You should have a deep understanding of the legal industry, including its complexities and nuances. Your proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is essential, and familiarity with recruitment automation tools and ATS is a plus. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are also required, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you should be proactive, results-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

What We OfferWe provide a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus flexible work-from-home options.
