  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support education initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Community Health Education or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in education or training.
  • As appropriate for area of expertise, licenses, registrations, or certifications.
