Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hospice of Holland. As a key member of our on-call team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and their families in need of end-of-life support.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient and family needs through in-person and telephonic interactions
  • Assess and address patient needs, developing effective care plans to ensure optimal comfort and quality of life
  • Collaborate with on-call team members to provide comprehensive care
  • Document patient interactions and care provided
  • Ensure necessary medical equipment and supplies are available
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in Michigan
  • Two years of recent clinical experience, with homecare or hospice experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
  • Knowledge of pain symptom management and end-of-life care
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
