About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the Office Specialist 2 position in our Ontario office. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialized assistance to individuals and families seeking services, guiding them through the sharing of rules, policies, procedures, and programs in collaboration with other branch staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a team environment, assisting with requests for information and entering confidential data into the ONE system.
  • Make decisions regarding referrals to community resources or appointments with the Oregon Department of Human Services for requested services.
  • Perform a wide variety of data entry tasks, including processing payroll and provider payments, and other financial and administrative tasks in support of branch office operations.

Requirements:

  • Two years of general clerical experience, one year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are required.
