Job Summary
The STEMI Program Manager is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Saint Luke's STEMI Program. Participates in program planning, organization, and development with System leadership to ensure compliance with local, state, and national guidelines and standards in the care of the STEMI patient population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with specialty care departments and patient care units regarding all aspects of STEMI care from pre-hospitalization to rehabilitation.
  • Serve as liaison between the hospital, other Saint Luke's Health System facilities, physician practices, and EMS personnel.
  • Collect, review, and optimize performance improvement data for NSTEMI patients.
  • Review and trend quality metrics to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Act as a resource facilitating staff development and other special projects.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing, Master's Degree
