Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Admissions Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless admission process for our patients, serving as the initial point of contact and setting the tone for their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all admission processes within the emergency department, ensuring accurate collection and entry of patient demographics and insurance information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families.
- Register patients efficiently, ensuring all necessary consents and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
- Display empathy and compassion in all interactions, contributing to a positive patient experience.
