Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Team Manager will oversee the day treatment program, ensuring that all aspects of patient care meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Program Development: Assist in developing and implementing person-centered plans, case management, discharge, and aftercare planning.
  • Clinical Oversight: Ensure that all clinical interventions are evidence-based, effective, and tailored to the unique needs of each consumer.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train direct care staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to regulatory requirements and agency policies.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
