Job Description

The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Opioid Treatment Program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as CARF and JCAHO standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing clinic operations to budgeted/planned results
  • Participating in interviewing, hiring, training of clinic staff
  • Evaluating, managing, counseling, and terminating subordinate personnel
  • Providing direction to clinic personnel and relaying corporate mandates, goals, and objectives to field personnel
  • Developing, monitoring, and providing reports on key performance indicators of clinic measures and reacting accordingly

The ideal candidate will possess multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program, a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and a strong understanding of clinic operations, HIPAA, and Federal, State, and CARF standards and regulations.
