Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of all construction activities at a hyperscale data center project site. This role requires extensive knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations, as well as the ability to implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:Quality Management System Implementation:

Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure all QA/QC procedures are in compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards.

Quality Assurance Activities:

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality standards. Review and approve material and equipment submittals to ensure they meet project specifications. Implement and manage the project's quality control processes, including inspection and testing plans.

Quality Control Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive records of all QA/QC activities, including test results, inspections, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and submit detailed QA/QC reports to project stakeholders.

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct regular quality meetings with project stakeholders to discuss QA/QC issues and progress.

Training and Development:

Provide training and support to project staff on QA/QC procedures and best practices. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement among project personnel.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable codes, regulations, and standards. Liaise with regulatory bodies and third-party inspectors as necessary.
