Job Title: Registered Nurse (Reg)/ 36Hr Nights- Usen - Cardiac Step-Down

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Step-Down unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care to patients in the Cardiac Step-Down unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Cardiac Step-Down unit, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current MA RN license required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills required.
  • Telemetry experience preferred.
