Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac PCU

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care to assigned patients in the Cardiac PCU.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts RN license required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills required.
  • Telemetry experience preferred.
  • Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • Critical Care experience preferred.
  • CPR Training required within first 3 months of employment.
  • Evidence of continued education and professional development.
