Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac PCU

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac PCU team at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
  • Oversee other assigned team members and ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts RN license required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills required.
  • Telemetry experience preferred.
  • Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred.
