Real Estate Inside Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents.
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting all prospects via phone, email, or message
- Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries
- Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities
- No cold calling – working with inbound warm leads generated from marketing
- Converting inbound sales inquiries to appointments with OSAs (outside sales agents)
Additionally, you will:
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Comply with reporting requirements and deadlines
- Follow all company policies and procedures in an effort to meet production goals
- Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
- Participate in regular training and education requirements
- Support team initiatives and growth
- Maintain a professional dress appearance
- Be punctual and dependable in regard to attendance
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Maintain an active Texas Real Estate license

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Texas Real Estate License (or currently pursuing one)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- The ability to practice, memorize, and internalize scripts
- Dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken communication skills
- Strong phone skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with a tight-knit company
- The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
