Key Responsibilities- Document and Records Management: Develop and maintain a user-friendly file system, ensure proper disposition of records, and conduct annual records inspections.
- Tasking Management Support: Manage JSSO actions, review incoming staff actions, and prepare status reports for management.
- Office Management Support: Coordinate special security requirements, prepare supply orders, and manage calendar appointments.
- Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the JSSO Director and Deputy Director, including managing calendars and taking phone messages.
- SharePoint Management: Maintain and update JSSO SharePoint pages, coordinate with JS knowledge engineers, and ensure all requirements are met.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend government documentation.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with administrative duties, including records management and phone support.
- Experience working independently on projects, preparing briefing charts, and managing SharePoint pages.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience and TS/SCI eligible clearance.
- Knowledge and experience providing quality customer service to Government employees, military personnel, contractors, and visitors.
