Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Assistant to join our team at Armada Ltd. The successful candidate will provide security administration support to our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a user-friendly, effective file system compliant with JS regulations.
- Draft and update appointment memorandums for designated security positions.
- Manage JS JSAP task management support, reviewing incoming staff actions and tracking status.
- Prepare supply orders for products or supplies needed in support of the office.
- Support the JSSO Director and Deputy Director with executive assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Maintain and update JSSO SharePoint pages, ensuring all requirements and desired functionality are successfully captured and smoothly implemented.
Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience in the respective security discipline.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English language and ability to read, write, and comprehend government documentation.
- Thorough knowledge and demonstrated expertise in using basic Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
