Job Title: Industrial Hygiene Project Manager

TRC Companies, Inc. is a national engineering consulting and construction management firm that provides integrated services to the energy, environmental, and infrastructure markets.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygiene Project Manager to join our team in New York City. The successful candidate will work on various public and private projects throughout the greater NYC area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and design abatement projects for asbestos, mold, lead-based paint, and PCBs.
  • Investigate water intrusion and perform moisture mapping.
  • Coordinate multiple projects with property owners, building managers, and local/state/federal regulators.
  • Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and oversee staff.
  • Possess excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to read project specifications and drawings.
  • Prior experience in various aspects of survey/design/abatement projects.
  • Must be a good communicator and a team player.
  • Hold certifications such as NYS Asbestos Inspector/NYC Investigator, Asbestos Designer, and Lead-Based Paint Inspector/Risk-Assessor.
