We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Industrial Hygienist Project Manager to join our team at STV. As a key member of our environmental services group, you will be responsible for managing projects related to industrial hygiene, mold assessment, and lead-based paint inspection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of industrial hygienists and review data results from the field
  • Manage and perform mold assessments and lead inspections
  • Interact with engineers, architects, property managers, and lead abatement contractors
  • Prepare reports and review mold O&M plans and other documents
  • Prepare proposals and manage budgets and schedules
Requirements
  • 12 years of relevant industrial hygiene, mold assessment, and lead-based paint inspection experience
  • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification
  • NYCHA experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • NYSDOL Mold Assessor and USEPA Lead Risk Assessor certifications
