Member Team Lead

As a Member Team Lead at Sam's Club, you will play a key role in supervising associates in assigned areas of responsibility. Your primary focus will be on assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training associates on processes and procedures. You will also be responsible for providing direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support the Open Door Policy, and participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
- 6 months customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
