HVAC Foreman

CoolSys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial buildings.

• Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure successful project completion
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, including project tracking and time management
• Oversee the use of PPE and safe behavior practices among team members
• Manage job costs and ensure timely completion of projects

• 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or a related industry
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, including efficient use of labor hours
• Ability to organize tasks, use good judgment, and make work assignments
• Ability to give clear instructions and guidance, as needed
