Dental Assistant

Key Responsibilities
• Work in a patient-centered environment, providing support to dentists and hygienists
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols
• Assist with dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Develop strong communication skills, working effectively with patients, doctors, and colleagues

Requirements
• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
Preferred Qualifications
• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification
