Seaport Dental Associates: A Fun and TEAM-Oriented Dental Practice

We are seeking a full-time, licensed Dental Assistant to join our Boston location. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and caring atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and make them feel comfortable during appointments.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures.
  • Assist the doctor with all aspects of four-handed dentistry, including taking x-rays, impressions, and Itero scanning.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and answer patient questions.
  • Prepare and plan ahead to ensure a smooth day for the dentist.
  • Track lab cases to ensure timely receipt.
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct work in compliance with Infection Control, safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Active BLS/CPR certification.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, customer service, organization, and excellent communication skills.
  • State licensure as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
  • Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience as a registered dental assistant or certified dental assistant.
